ReplyDeleteI read a thing about Roger Ebert a short time ago. He had thyroid cancer and had his lower jaw removed, and someone advised him to stay in and avoid getting his picture taken at all costs because his new appearance would invite whispers and stares. So you know what he did? He had his picture taken! Publicized! Online! And the whispers and stares immediately diffused. He said something along the lines of "This is my face, this is how I am. So what?"
